    Established in 2007, The ‘Green Exercise Partnership’ (GEP) comprises representatives of two key public sector environmental bodies – the Scottish Forestry (SF) and NatureScot (NS) – and the health improvement board of the National Health Service – Public Health Scotland. The partnership came together as a result of the growing evidence of public health benefits from engaging with the natural environment, and recognition of the need to improve links between the health and environment sectors to deliver sustainable health outcomes from our natural assets.

  • GREEN CARE – WO MENSCHEN AUFBLÜHEN- ASSOCIATION GREEN CARE AUSTRIA
    Green Care – Wo Menschen aufblühen (Where people flourish) is a registered brand of Association Green Care Austria, it was founded in 2015. The Green Care Austria Association together with nine chambers of agriculture, forms the competence network for the development and implementation of innovative green care services on active family farms in Austria.

  • ORTI ETICI
    The “Orti E.T.I.C.I.” project was born in 2008 with the aim of promoting responsible innovation and sharing in the field of quality agricultural production and social inclusion policies, where horticulture production is linked to the inclusion and wellbeing of people less empowered. The project started from the intuition of creating a collaboration platform among subjects from different sectors (private, public and third), enhancing and integrating the skills of each one in pursuing a single goal: to promote inclusion and well-being through a agriculture multifunctional approach system.

  • FEDERATION OF CARE FARMERS THE NETHERLANDS (FEDERATIE LANDBOUW & ZORG)
    The Federation of Care Farmers is the national organisation representing and supporting 15 regional member organisations that represent 840 Care farms in the Netherlands. Care farms are those that provide programs and facilities for people with a wide range of disabilities. The federation provides a national quality system, a national clients’ centre, national knowledge exchange and advocacy on a national level. The federation and its regional members organise courses and training for care farmers to provide good quality care.

  • L’OLIVERA
    L’Olivera was born in 1974 when a group of people decided to move to Vallbona de les Monges, in the south of the Lleida region of Catalonia, with a dual objective: supporting the integration of people with mental or psychiatric disabilities into society, with specific attention to those in disadvantaged social situations; and developing a productive economy based on local values. Since we began, we have always been a cooperative formed by people with multidisciplinary knowledge and skills, and focusing on both local social inclusion and economic development.

    Social Farming Ireland (SoFI) is the national network for the development of Social Farming in Ireland which is funded by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM). SoFI is based in Drumshanbo. Co. Leitrim and is led by Leitrim Development Company. It supports the development of a national Social Farming network in collaboration with three other Local Development Companies where regional hubs are based.
